The 44th edition of SIGEP, the world trade fair dedicated to the professional ice cream and confectionery sector, once again exceeded all expectations. Sandorè has been taking part in this event held in Rimini for more than 20 years. This edition, held from 21 to 25 January 2023, was a success and allowed many companies like ours to present their brand and the technological innovations they have developed, the result of constant and in-depth research.
Once again, it proved to be an excellent opportunity to confront ourselves with food realities of the world market and to gather feedback on our products and services. Of course, our participation in such a well-attended event allowed us to meet both customers who already work with us and new potential buyers. It was also interesting to learn their specific needs and plan new product trials involving different cultural and food realities.
By participating in this event, we were able to gather information on world market trends and the trend of demands in the food industry. The novelties are many and varied; the food market, in addition to the always important local artisan productions, is oriented towards increasing its production capacity, thus making it inevitable to use more and more automated machinery and plants to guarantee simple and automatic production within any industrial food laboratory.
