The IBA 2023 trade fair in Munich, followed by participation in the 45th edition of SIGEP in Rimini in 2024, proved to be global stages of extraordinary importance for the bakery and confectionery sector. Sandorè, with its consolidated and recognised presence, has participated in these crucial events that continue to define the national and international standards of the baking industry.

Sandorè's participation: a meeting point between tradition and innovation

Sandorè's presence at IBA 2023 and SIGEP 2024 marked another significant chapter in our history. We have been participating in major international events like this for many years, and each time represents a unique opportunity to show our latest technological innovations and to interact with the global realities of the food market.

The two exhibitions were perfect occasions to present our state-of-the-art machinery, in particular : BS4, New Magic, Perfetta e RT60, showing how our technology is able to meet the most advanced requirements of the modern food industry.

  • BS4: This machine stood out for its ability to produce plain and filled biscuits, energy bars and baked goods with unrivalled precision and efficiency. The BS4, thanks to its innovative design and ease of use, is perfectly suited to an industry that requires flexibility and high performance.

  • New Magic: This model has been able to respond perfectly both to the needs of small pastry laboratories, as well as meeting the demands of large industries. The New Magic, with its small size and high performance, is a versatile and powerful solution for any type of laboratory.

  • Perfetta: This extruder caught the attention of visitors by standing out as an innovative solution for the production of filled biscuits. Made of Aisi 304 steel, this machine combines efficiency and ease of cleaning and is ideal for both small food laboratories as well as for large industrial plants.

  • RT60: This device has aroused great interest, as great solution for the automatic depositing of biscuits on trays. It also stood out for its adaptability to different food formats.

IBA and SIGEP were not only showcases for our food machinery but also an opportunity to better understand emerging trends in the industry. Topics such as digitisation, recruitment of young talent and innovation in the craft sector dominated the discussions, providing valuable insights for the future.
